On the meaning of life

 Never lose sight of the meaning of your life. You have to know who you are and what you want. You have to strive to make your dreams become reality. It’s not that hard. All you need is a plan and persistence. Opportunities will knock at your door as you proceed. I know that it’s going to be hard sometimes. It’s going to be vague and dark. But, you have to keep marching. That’s how our species survived. They kept going no matter how bad it was. No matter how violent the wind is, or how high the waves were. They continued. Firstly, believe in yourself. Secondly, develop your skills, unleash your potential. Always, try to refresh your perspective. Don’t accept all the realities. Things can be changed. You can change. You are a continuous flow of light. Sometimes you flash, other times you dim. The trick is to keep your speed constant, no matter how much you glow. You are temporary, but not. You will be forgotten, but this is not the whole truth. You are a part of something greater and arguably successful. Not exactly a cog in a machine, but yeah, you can think of it like this. If you were honest with yourself and the world around you, things will be getting much easier; surely you will suffer but with a fair amount of suffering overall. Be prepared to pay the price of your integrity. There will be many challenges and tests along the way to measure your credibility. Stay unwavering. Now you go and do what you want OR have to do. And do it well. Whatever it was, whatever it might be

The Forest

Lately, I've been going through new experiences. Yesterday I was in the woods, the forest for the first time in my life. I had one particular idea that kept resonating in my mind. Murakami, what was the name of your novel? But I had a stronger feeling. I was honestly frightened. To me, the forest is a living organism. The road ahead is a steep, sloppy incline, winding through towering trees. The ground is blanketed with countless fallen leaves, concealing the uneven terrain beneath my feet. Each step is uncertain. نظرية كوكب الأرض

  كوكب الأرض ليس الأفضل، وإن حاولنا مقارنته بالكواكب الآخرين، فسنجده كوكب صغير وغير مميز، وقد تظن الكواكب الأخرى أن لا أهمية له. ولكن على العكس تماما، فالبنسبة لنا كوكب الأرض هو أكثر الكواكب تميزا فى الكون، إنه إستثناء نادر جدا، لدرجة أنه لا يوجد أى كوكب يشبه. وهنا محور النظرية أن نضع وقتا أكثر لإيجاد نقاط تميزنا عوضا عن مقارنة أنفسنا أو ظروفنا بالآخرين. فى المقارنات سوف تخسر غالبا، وستضعفك ولن تقويك. فالأرض صغيرة بالنسبة للآخرين هذة حقيقة لا يمكن إنكارها، كما لا يمكن إنكار جمال الأرض الداخلى وتميزها الفريد. أعتقد أننا كبشر عموما نقارن نفسنا بالآخرين من وقت للآخر، ونقول لو كنت أملك هذا فقط، أو لدى ما عنده أو عندها من صفات.سوف يحدث هذا لا شك لكن المهم أن لا يحدث بدون أن نعى مميزاتنا، وأن لا نسعى بأن نقارن عيوبنا بمميزات الآخرين. أنا أؤمن أن المقارنة الوحيدة التى تستحق التفكير فيها، هى مقارنة أنفسنا بنسخنا السابقة، وقياس إن كنا نتحسن أو نتراجع، فهذه من المقارنات النادرة التى يمكنك الفوز فيها. لذا فى المرة القادمة التى تحاول أن تقارن نفسك بشخص آخر، تذكر أن كوكب الأرض الصغير هذا هو أكث...

أشياء تعلمتها فى الطريق

لن يكون الطريق مستقيما، أحيانا ترجع للخلف، لتعرف كيف الطريق إلى الأمام، لا يوجد شىء مضمون، كل شىء يتغير، وعليك مواكبه التغير، أحيانا سوف تضع فى مواقف بحيث عليك الاختيار بين الفوز بشىء وخسارة شىء آخر. أحيانا سيخذلك من المفترض به أن يرشدك وعليك أن تجد الطريق بنفسك. قد يمنعك العالم من شىء، لكن إن كنت مصرا، فسوف تجده بالقرب، استمر فى البحث ولا تتوقف، قارن الأماكن والأشخاص، قارن كل شىء وابنى تفكير مستقبلى، أنظر إلى الأشياء على ماهى وما سوف تكون، لا يهم أحيانا ما كانت. حياتك، حريتك، أمضيها بالطريقة التى تريدها. سوف يريد الأخرين ما تملك، فحافظ عليه واستمتع به، عليك أن تكون منسجما من الداخل، ولكن أيضا واعيا بما فى الخارج. بعض الأشياء تحدث بدون نتيجة، أحيانا تكون محظوظا. خذ ما يكفيك، حتى وإن كنت سوف تخسر من منظور الأخرين، لا تحمل معك أعباء ثقيلة لا فائدة منها، عندما لا يعجبك الأماكن أو الأشخاص غيرهم، أحيانا سوف تفعل ذلك من دون التحدث إليهم، استمع إلى الجميع، ولكن لا تتحدث مع الجميع، لا تفرض أفكارك الرائعة على الأخرين، فليس الكل يريد أن يكون مثلك حتى ولو لكم نفس الهدف، لكل إنسان طريقته الخاصة، أ...
